If a customer attempts to navigate a damaged or unsuitable road section that exceeds the vehicle’s clearance capabilities and causes damage to the vehicle, they will be fully responsible for the repair costs. • Issues caused by external factors (e.g. vandalism, theft, collisions caused by another driver, or weather-related damage such as flooding or fallen tree branches).
